Our client needed to understand how to better implement changes in response to an existing NPS survey.  

Our AI was pointed at over 30,000 historical unstructured NPS comments, identifying hidden themes and providing a nuanced read of the existing NPS drivers.

 

By quantifying the surfaced themes relative to NPS and expanding across five marketing Personas, the client was able to reassess business priorities and re-work the ongoing tracker across more actionable metrics.

ENRICHING A GLOBAL SEGMENTATION

We brought our client’s segments to life for 8 segments in 9 markets.

 

We modelled the segments, validating against additional data sets, including product preferences from a large-scale trade-off exercise.

 

Segments were expanded into 48 individual personas covering lifestyle, needs, product interest & spend, & typical occasions. 

 

The AI also identified a new segment in the data.
